Acceptance

By creating an account or using musicxphotos ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You retain all rights to the photos, listening history, and any other data you connect to the Service. You grant us a narrow license to store, process, and display that content back to you only — solely for the purpose of running your timeline, memories, and recap views.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to access another user's data.
• Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or rate-limit-bust the Service.
• Don't upload content you don't have the right to share with us.
• Don't use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.

Third-party services

The Service depends on Google Photos and Spotify. Their APIs, terms, and quotas can change without notice; features may degrade or break as a result. We will do our best to adapt quickly. Your separate agreements with Google and Spotify continue to apply.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that any specific photos or tracks will always be retrievable.

Termination

You can delete your account and data at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put the Service or other users at risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, musicxphotos and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months (which, for a free account, is zero).

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced via the Service. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
